​All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you place your order and verify it via phone/WhatsApp.

​You will receive a confirmation message with a tracking link once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

​2. Delivery Timelines

​Shipping times vary depending on your location:

​4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

​To ensure successful delivery, all Cash on Delivery orders require confirmation. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to verify your address and order details. Orders will only be dispatched after successful verification.

​5. Damaged or Lost Packages

​If you receive your package and the outer packaging is severely damaged or opened, please do not accept it from the rider and contact us immediately at sumaiyr87@gmail.com. If a package is lost in transit by the courier, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra charge.
